    Women’s wellness includes physical, mental, relationship, and financial health, represented by the four stacked weight plates in the logo with sexual, the often-overlooked area, as the cherry on top at the Cake Body Club. Having health in every part is what keeps the party going here.

    Services

    Personal Training

    Only 5% of American women meet the CDC recommendations for strength training. Come sweat and spin and get your lower and upper body workout in! And just like a dessert and wine pairing, pair personal training with physical therapy. You can workout while you’re rehabbing. Our personal trainers work alongside in-house physical therapy patients to continue to improve their fitness and movement patterns. Becoming more aware of how to train around your body’s current ailment in order to stay healthy and heal properly is the key to longevity. Concierge services make the Club so much more than a corporate gym. 

    Pole Dancing

    Cardio is boring. Pole dancing isn’t. Enjoy classes from private lessons to pole basics, and ab defining exercise from the heels on up. Spin your best self. If competition sounds like a goal or you want to be alone, open pole is all yours.

    Physical Therapy

    The Cake Body Club offers recovery and rehabilitation as a concierge service to complete the full body experience that most gyms and fitness studios fail to offer. Massage, cupping, dry needling, muscle scraping, assisted stretching, pelvic floor, and general physical therapy are offered.

    Petites

    Little girls need to lift weights! Start them young so they grow up strong. Gym class just isn’t enough movement for kids and remember, you’re raising adults! (Coordination, balance, self confidence, etc.!) Supervised instruction will keep it safe and fun! Put down the iPad and come play in a new way. Saturdays include muscle mommy and mini me. Contact the Club for private group training including using the space for anything sport specific!

    People

    We build more than strong bodies. You lose muscle and communication on cardio machines – well that’s depressing…

    We are in dire need of having relationships and connecting with people again since social media controls and Covid changed our lives. Remember, dessert and workouts are more fun when you enjoy it with someone else. Oh, want a safe place for a first date? Want to meet some new friends? Your relationship flexing in the wrong direction? Check the events calendar for couples therapy training, partner workouts, and booty brunch. Contact the Club to book for any special session!

    Parties

    Book pole dancing parties and sweat before the seltzers at your bachelorette party. Host a birthday party or girls night out here instead of the bar scene! Sign up for special events like Booty I Brunch, Cake by the Lake, Buns and Botox all on the app.

    Protein

    Most likely your diet doesn’t have enough of this…or is missing a little of that. Nutrition coaching and accountability is the icing on the cake. From behavior change to understanding calories, having help is how you will achieve your health goals. Certified nutrition coaches are available for meeting both in person and virtually!

    Pennies

    Pinching your waistline instead of your pennies? Let’s not do either anymore and make that cake! Women’s wellness also includes money management – we believe health is wealth. In 1974 women could have a credit card. Women hold only 30% of the global wealth to date. We have investment accounts to build, too, and the resource to help you.

    The average age of a widow is 59 years old. Money decisions by women will shape the future of the U.S., but over half of women age 25 and older do not consider themselves financially stable. Self care shouldn’t be a treat. No more financial strains, or muscle strains, when health is built both in and out of the gym.

    Treat yourself to a personal trainer or physical therapy session and let it change your life, and your workouts.     Pole Dancing

    The often-overlooked area of sexuality is too taboo to even talk about, but let’s put a spin on it. Cardio can and should be more than just time wasted on a treadmill—cardio can be in the form of a heart pumping, calorie burning pole dance session.
